If you don't know which version you are using, go to Control Panel, select System, then look for something which says either '32-bit Operating System' or '64-bit Operating System'. If you don't find a solution in the documentation, it would be a very good idea go to your printer manufacturer's web site to download and install the most current driver for both your Operating System and the version of your Operating System (32-bit or 64-bit). So, if your printer will not allow you to select the Photo Paper Tray in the normal manner, it might be a good idea for you to check your printer's documentation - most especially to make sure that it is, indeed, possible to select the Photo Paper Tray for the paper size on which you are trying to print.
